So 2 years ago I bought a used Yamaha CSG. I love it. One problem though, my pitch seems to be around 5-10 cents sharp across the range of the horn. This more or less occurs with my various mouthpiece (Pomarico, Vandoren, Morgan) and makes me wonder. Does Yamaha produce clarinets specifically tuned to 440 and others tuned to 442?

That's odd. I'd say most of us have issues with the horns riding more on the low side. Of course that may be because when new, Yamaha provides the 55.6mm barrel and many of us then order the shortest barrel they make, 53.8mm to have some "wiggle room" to tune better during the colder months of the year (when concert/rehearsal halls can be rather cold).

Check your barrel length. If you're around 54mm, Yamaha offers two or three longer options.

Wow. My barrel is around 54.8ish! It had not occurred to me that this might not the standard barrel length for the CSG.
