Berg violin concerto - bass clarinet part
Author: icrichl1

Hello all! Can anybody help me get hold of the bass clarinet part for Berg violin concerto? Or advise me whether the usual part is written in bass or treble clef? Are there multiple editions?
Thanks in advance!

You could view the whole score here:

Hope it helps.

I noticed that the harp and saxophone (on pg 33) both show an F natural. This leads me to believe it is a "C" score. So that says to me that the individual parts are different than they appear in the score and the bass clarinet part could possibly be on a treble clef.

I'm pretty sure Paul is correct - at least I think that's what it says on page 4 immediately under the list of forces.

I'm not home now to check but I'm pretty sure it is in bass clef. It's been a few years since I played it having retired six years ago,

The part in the Universal Edition is treble clef.

Make sure you get the above edition if you want to make sure it's treble clef.
