 Shoals youth orchestra

I saw the question about the Australia Youth orchestra and it reminded me of a question i had. Does anyone (preferably in Alabama) know about the Shoals Symphony Youth Orchestra? LIke, how to go about getting and audition, how many clarinets they take, how the orchestra sounds? I would be very happy if anyone can tell me anything!
