Over many years I have measured the slopes nearly 30 reed types/brands at 13 points, every 10th of an inch, tip to bark. By comparing them to the Leger European Signature reeds, none come close for the full slope because the thicker half of the slope is very thin on the Legers. No cane reed that measures near the same as the Legers would play very well.
Pilgerstorfer Dolces and Steuer Classics measure close for the thin half of the slope, and like mentioned above, Soprano saxophone reeds have a thinner heavy end of the slope.
So, profile isn't what you are looking for, it is feel, response and comfort. If you let us know what mouthpiece and facing you use, possibly someone can give good suggestions on what reed is similar.
