The Frank Bridge Four Short Pieces for Violin and Piano work wonderfully on clarinet, especially the Meditation. A number of the Handel Sonatas for violin and piano that don't have lots of double stops are excellent as well, especially the one in F Major.
I've also read the Beethoven Romance Op. 50 (originally for violin) and the Glazunov Elegy (originally for viola) and those have been excellent too.
A really interesting transcription I'm finishing up is taking the Glazunov Saxophone Concerto...and setting it for the Viola! The range works perfectly, but it's a little strange when played with orchestra because of the (now) duet that takes place with the principal violist.
