All I can find anywhere for this piece are the parts. Does anyone have a score or know if one exists?

Have you tried IMSLP? They do have the Fuchs Quintet and give you links for purchasing parts (very inexpensively).

The OP is looking for a score, not parts. IMSLP does not have a score.
All the options to purchase are just printouts of the material from IMSLP.

Apparently there is no published score in circulation. I've followed every lead I could find. However, I did obtain one that was made in Finale from the parts being entered manually by a dedicated violist. I will add it to IMSLP as soon as I can. I'm waiting on a conversion of the Finale files to PDF and then will go through the IMSLP submission process. I hope others will find this useful. It's a rewarding work worthy of study and performance.
