I've tried the cork greases mentioned so far and my favourite is actually Alisyn. However it comes in a crappy container so for that reason I only use it for repairs (since it's sitting on the table, not in a case). I didn't even suggest it because having a comfortable lipstick tube seems important to the OP. I use Doctor Slick lipstick type on my own clarinets (my second favourite).
