wwbw coupons

Anybody else have trouble with woodwind/brasswind coupon codes? I've never gotten them to work. The codes (from their own website) are always in capital letters, and the field where they are typed in, the letters change to lower case, regardless of shift key or caps lock. I've tried to use their chat feature, but it takes a very long time for them to comprehend the question and answer, and they drag it out by asking a long series of questions about the order until the user loses patience and gives up. I've now found Amazon has some of the same supplies for a few dollars less.

I've always had to call WWBW and speak with someone directly. I've had the same problem with their coupons. I no longer do any business with them at all. What determined that was reading on BBoards about the phony clarinets they were selling.
