Hi All,
I am currently looking at a Buffet e13 and am trying to work out the age and would appreciate any help or advice.
The serial number is K1118**
I have looked at a couple of websites but am unable to establish the actual age of the instrument.

From the records of E13 that I have handled over past years I would put the date of your serial at approx 1996 give or take a year.

Many thanks for your response. That would seem to fit with the condition of the instrument.
It was for nothing more than interest as the instrument plays a dream.

Of course, there is a huge sample variation between even RCs themselves (today I tried two older RCs, both overhauled, and both played very different).
