I will be playing overseas in a few months and don't want to take my primary Bb clarinet with me. I have no issues with it, I just don't want worry about anything to happen with while I'm traveling with my clarinet. I have decided to make use of an e11f I happen to have with me. I'm going to take in for a few small adjustments and plan buying a new barrel to improve its tone intonation. Any suggestions for a decent barrel, I have been looking at the Chadash barrel. Also anything else I can do to make most of my e11f? Thanks for suggestions.

Be sure to use a tuner when evaluating barrels on your E11F.
I've got five aftermarket barrels in my studio and none of them improved the tuning of the particular instrument I planned to use each barrel with.
In my experience, I've gotten quicker response, more resonance, and a greater dynamic range out of my clarinets by having cork pads installed in the normally-closed upper joint pad cups. Combined with a careful regulation, it's amazing what this upgrade can do to really wake up a clarinet.
