Hi,

I just got a box of the Carmen model from a German company Arundos.

https://arundos.com/

Their description of this model:

The model "Carmen" with French cut is an alternative to our model "Manon". The fine tip creates a perfect response and height. Due to the stable sides and the strong back a nearly German sound is achieved.

My first impressions are really very good. The consistency between individual reeds is great. They play similar to a Vaondoren RL56 and the sizing is just about the same as well. The cane has a good golden color and they are well balanced.

I did also tried their "Manon" model but they really didn't suit me.

The website is in German but it pretty intuitive. The shipping cost is low and they arrive quickly.

So far so good.

I'll add more of my experiences more once I break them in more.

Cheers,
Robert
