Hey all,
I just made the TMEA All-State Band last Saturday, and I want to know if there are any similar competitions at the college level.

If you to go junior college in Texas, there is a TMEA All-State audition that still uses the same etudes the HS kids use. Other than that, no. When you go to a major university, you enter the world of 'big kid' playing...solo competitions, etc.
You might be surprised, most college clarinet sections are going to be better than anything you'll find at TMEA. You'll have plenty of competition to keep you on your toes.

I've heard of the International Clarinet Association contest. Anything else?
