There are, but what an awful piece!
Had to play it three times last season.
Fun tidbit: First use of the soprano sax in an orchestra.

I played it in a group a few years ago. I don't think many of us were fans of the piece. Speaking for the ne'er-do-wells in our row, we were amused that "Fry Santa Claus" was printed at the bottom of each page. What did he do to deserve people wanting to fry him, lol?

I decided to YouTube this thing since I had never heard of it. It reminded me of how grateful I am that after retirement I could play a Christmas concert with "Sleigh Ride" and not have to put up with "Twas the Night Before Christmas" with narrators that don't know how to read music!
This piece isn't so bad if you think of it as an early, long lost Gilbert and Sullivan overture (perhaps "Pirates of the USS Pinafore").
The description I got from the web explains it thusly:

I personally don't hear much in here that says "Christmas." But I've heard worse.
