Berlioz Witches Sabbath for Concert Band

I have come across a recording of the above, the arrangement by Cool Jack T Cline in the late 70s.

Curious to know if anyone has any idea whether the c clarinet solo actually is written out for c clarinet?? Or is it transposed up for a b flat??

If it's concert band, it's most likely Bb clarinet.
