 Older Buffet Bb clarinet mouthpiece

I saw an older Buffet Bb mouthpiece with the C at the bottom right hand side of the table and a Meyer NY logo inside of a diamond which has 4M stamped on the bottom of the table on a website somewhere. Has anyone ever heard of these to companies producing such a mouthpiece?

I'm pretty sure Meyer offered a refacing service back in the days they were in NY, although apparently the WWCO's refacing was more popular based on how many I've seen of each marked on other mpcs.
I'll look around and see if I can find a contemporary source to then talking about their refacing...
