To address your unanswered question a bit:
Accubore are good barrels, which are made to many different specifications and works as designed.
The main question would be what is your Leblanc clarinet to be matched. Leblanc used to have quite a few different bore designs. Accubore barrels (similarly to other aftermarket barrels) would work for recent R13-like bores and may or may not work for older models.

Аccubore is actually made of aluminum.
In my opinion (and experience), the material of the barrel matters much less than the bore dimensions. (My favourite sound was from lighter woods, but then the dimensional stability is some problem).
I never had experience with L27. I would believe it is close to L7 and still has Leblanc inverted cone bore design. See here: http://www.woodwindforum.com/forums/showthread.php?2539-Leblanc-Reviews-%28LL-L7-Concerto-LL-L7-quot-A-quot-%29
One of the older Leblanc barrels is the only one barrel that I have that has a larger top diameter. So the proper matching barrel for L27 may be a challenge.
Though in the old (pre-Symphonie) Leblanc A clarinet that we have, common R13-like barrels are reasonably OK

The Accubore barrels are made of "HP AlumaFlex SY1" (an aluminum alloy that I have not been able to find any information on) and black anodized

Accubore barrels were made by DEG, which I believe is out of business. There is a very small inventory of Accubore barrels, mostly used, on various music store web sites. Occasionally, a private party will advertise one on the "not to be named" web site. You may get lucky and find one on the "for sale" page on this web site.
There are various configurations, designated by a letter, each intended for different clarinet mfrs. The numbers following it are the length in millimeters.
Some have what look like cooling fins, others are shaped like a wooden barrel.

The standard ones had the "fins" actually was just some material removed to lighten them and reduce their warmup time. The solid ones were called "Dark" and sometimes were labeled with Eddie Daniels name and sometimes with just a suffix of the letter D.
The first letter is simple...
"M" is for Moennig
"B" for Buffet
"C" is for Reverse Taper Bore, For Leblanc, Selmer, and Yamaha Clarinets
Then comes the length
The letters after are confounding...in addition to the "D", they are seen with "X" and "P" after the length digits. e.g. I have an M66P 'Eddie Daniels' mouthpiece that has no 'fins', but measures exactly like a Buffet Moennig that I have.
These are nice...I have a few
