Schreiber used to make them (with copper plated keys and fittings) in both Boehm and probably basic German system too, but that one looks like a Chinese one (in basic German system).

The Schreiber ones were limited edition B12s (and some even stamped E11) and around the same cost as a regular black (or really really really really really dark blue) ABS B12 and they're now fetching stupid prices.

Marigaux make clear Perspex (Altuglas) oboes and cors and Fox has made at least one clear Perspex bassoon. Steer clear from the clear Perspex Chinese oboes - they're massively overpriced and the top joint bores are around 2mm too wide.

Seems like a cool idea until you see condensation running down the bore. It's one thing to wipe it off the floor, but seeing it accumulate...........

And flutes - "French key mechanism. Sharp"

Flutes are sharp. Flutes are ALWAYS sharp.
