I have spent numerous hours searching for the clarinet sheet music for Matterhorn Polka that you hear when waiting in line for the Matterhorn bobsleds at Disneyland. No it is not the "Clarinet Polka" or the "Matterhorn Overture." Just wondering if anyone has it or knows where to get it? Here's a you tube video with the song.....very catchy and cool I think.

This question has come up before on this list and elsewhere on the web, but the composer was not identified. I believe Roger Bright of New Glarus, Wisconsin (band leader, accordion player, and song writer. died 2001) may have written it. He definitely did something called Matterhorn Echoes for his publishing and recording company, Bright Productions. Try contacting the Polka Hall of Fame and Museum--they'll probably know for sure. Polkashop@aol.com or call 216-261-3263.

The song in that youtube video is called Obervazer Schottisch.
On the CD titled Bündner Klänge, the Obervazer Schottisch is track 26. There is a sound clip at this web page, where the CD is for sale:

Nice detective work. I see now that "Bonny the Bunny" correctly identified the piece 3 years ago on YouTube. The LP is "A Visit to Switzerland" Bern Oberland Tessin, a 1964 Capitol Records release, UPC ST-10264. It's track A3a on this record, which is now on sale on the famous web site!
