 Another Devil Dance question

Sorry, but here goes: Is measure 5 articulated like measure 1?

At measure 5 the clarinet is now playing what the piano plays in Stravinsky's Trio version. The piano is notated all through the piece without the staccato mark on the second note of each slurred two note figure. For stylistic purposes one might want to continue on with a similar articulation used in the first measure. A piano player would probably play that figure the same way by cutting off the second note of each two note figure, even though it isn't notated that way in the piano part. John Gibson
