As you're most likely to need an A clarinet in conjunction with a Bb, your best bet is finding a Yamaha double case and adapting it to fit full Boehms.
It's much easier to adapt the A lower joint compartment and make it look good as the fabric lining hasn't been cut on that side, whereas on the Bb side they cut through the fabric where the one of the barrel holes is.
