Ortola also offer a rectangular zip-up case, but I'm not sure what the insides of that are like with regards to accommodating a full Boehm Bb lower joint - the top joints on full Boehms (and others with articulated C#/G#) are still the same length as a regular Bb, but have a much longer middle tenon as it's been cut back into the joint.
