I can't speak to the Victoire model, but my impressions of several M F's is very good. I'd rank them at least equal to, perhaps better than ?comparable? 1940-60 intermediates, Buffet [Evette-Schaeffer] E series etc, Selmer Signets, LeBlanc Normandy-Noblets. Those I have seen were prob. cylindrical bore, since they prob. were made in Buffet's "change-over" period on adopting the modified UJ bore improvements [Carree etc]. [This is beyond what I really know!!!] There is no substitute for a trial by a knowledable clarinetist! Others, HELP. Don
