 Messager Chord

I have the Ludwigmasters edition of the Messager Solo de Concours, which gives you the tiniest note heads you've ever seen in exchange for a more reasonable price tag. I am able to read it just fine until I get to the second figure of the cadenza (starts with a big C, C#), where I can't tell between sharp signs and natural signs. Can anyone tell me the note names for that whole figure, until the fermata E?

Starting with the C# you mentioned: C#, B#, C(#), E-nat, G, D#, E(nat), G, C#, F#, G, Bb, E-nat, B#, C#, E, G D#, E, G, C#, F#, G, C(#), E.

It's a C# diminished chord with chromatic lower neighbors - so just C#, E, and G with any other notes being a half-step below those. (The Bb to make it momentarily a diminished 7th chord also appears, but that's it.)
