 Left thumb issues

Quick question, I was wondering if anyone on the board has had left thumb issues.
My thumb feels somewhat twitchy and if I relax my hand the thumb seems to flex. where as my right thumb just seems to be straight.
I've got a physical coming up with my Primary Care Physician and I may bring this up.
I've had this issue for a week or so and it doesn't seem to get any better or worse.
There is no tremor in the Hand.
I play the Clarinet every day for up to 2 hours
