Hi,
It's always interesting to see a new fingering scheme for clarinet. Also, I wonder if the player knows the ligature in not on correctly.

Must be the new chromatic system.
If you've ever seen Lee Thompson from Madness playing tenor sax, you've probably noticed he uses all four LH fingers on the LH main action. So when he plays the standard fingering for C, he's holding down his LH ring finger instead of LH2 (which is on the Bis key). I think he switches to normal LH fimgerings for playing low B and Bb, but plays G# by nudging the G# key with the lower edge of his left hand.

That would be the embouchure for blowing across the opening instead of into it. It creates a most ethereal effect.

Well this little scene can be interpreted in many a different way. The guy in the tux and tie get-up is a butler or waiter of some kind who is "serving" the clarinet to the patron in some fancy place, the way the sommelier brings in fine aged wine that most of us can't afford. He is probably British and that's why he's keeping a stiff upper lip (it's not an embouchure at all). As for the finger position, that's just the way the waiter grabs the bottle, not a fingering position. The clarinetist is seated at the table ready to take the "bottle" instrument from the wait staff hands--or at least that's what I make of this Freudian ink-spot of a photo. Obviously planted by some sneaky psychologist aspiring to find out what makes clarinet players tick.

I suspect that the photographer was on assignment for his client (who ever that is) and the ''player'' is just a prop.
What is the source of the picture by the way? Was it that new ''Clarinet Fail'' website?
