I'd never seen one before until a friend of mine brought it to me to do a complete overhaul. Any idea when these beasts were made? It has that old Conn case where the upper and lower joints are held inside by straps. Green interior. I'm assuming early 1930's? It's in pretty good condition with relatively little abuse for what's probably an 80+ yr old instrument. I already did the obligatory interwebs search to no avail. Any info would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks much!

The listing of Conn N models at this page https://cderksen.home.xs4all.nl/ConnNModels.html say that the 70N was made between 1924 and 1927. Might be a starting place, though I haven't looked up any reference material used in making that list.

Fuzzy, thank you! It's a good start! I was just curious to find out the approximate age of this thing! I'm knee deep in the repad right now, but when finished, I'll definitely take some pics and post!
Thanks again!

Hi, very nice instrument,
I bought this stuff on e**y.
Two pieces are the upper and lower joint of a Kohlert & Sons Albert Bass. Missing keys. I´am fixing it more less, not professionel.
The keys are of very soft material.

and look here, it looks the same?
