 Mouthpiece mystery

I have a very strange mouthpiece that I cannot figure out what instrument it belongs to. It's roughly the same size as an alto clarinet mouthpiece but has some significant differences. The outer diameter of the cork on the tenon is roughly 27.5 mm which is far larger than an alto clarinet (23.5 mm) but far smaller than a bass clarinet (30 mm). The bore diameter is 19.4 mm. The dimensions roughly correspond to a German system bass clarinet, but the problem with that theorey is that this is a Buffet Crampon mouthpiece. The mouthpiece is also smooth like a French mouthpiece and as far as I know Buffet never made "German bore" bass clarinets. My other theorey is that it's for a bass clarinet in C but that also seems unlikely. Anyone have any ideas?

I have a similar mouthpiece with a 23.5mm tenon I always thought it was for a tenor clarinet, but I was never sure.
