I have a CD of him playing the Trio and the two sonatas- it was on an obscure Italian label called "Agora" which I believe is not longer in business. It's my favourite Brahms recording, and I probably have about 5 versions of the trio and at least 10 of the Sonatas (12 if I count old fashioned vinyl). If you can get a copy of this Agora Brahms CD it's really worth the effort!

I am proud to be Italian as Alessandro Carbonare.
One of the bests clarinet sounds ever heard, great example of the italian tradition of « bel suono », where more importance is given to the quality and roundeness of sound rather than agility (like in France...)
Take a look also on youtube at the documentary made by Sky on him!
