They were made by Amati (also sold in the UK under the name Corton and B&H 400 among several others), so maybe Amati hold records of their serial numbers or may have an idea, but do bear in mind a lot has changed since your clarinet was made.

At a guess it was made sometime between the late '60s to the late '70s.
