Sneezy software upgrade

An upgrade of the database & php4 this afternoon caused some bugs in the phorum code to rear their heads. Hopefully fixed. Sorry for the inconvenience.

You can expect a few more things like this happening in the next day or two as I bring revs of the software up to snuff.

Those people with Explorer 5.x, Netscape 4.05 or greater, or Opera 4.x or greater should experience a noticable increase in speed, especially those with slow connections. All due to software, not hardware ...

Well, it was by accident more than anything. Sneezy now sends out compressed data if your browser allows it. I'm averaging about 8-1 compression on the text.
