Clarinet ligature fail

Does anyone has information about an online shop...

I made an order (made a payment) to these people a long time ago and haven't received nothing, and it is already too much time. Also, I mailed them twice on my inquiry, still no answer...

Yeah, I don't deal with them anymore - I updated my delivery address and placed an order - they sent it to the old address. When I contacted them, they said they sent it to the address I entered. I emailed them the booking confirmation email with the right address on it ... they never responded. One customer down the toilet. Oh well ...

The not replying thing seems to be a favourite avoidance technique there.

It's not a business - its two people selling stuff out of their garage - as far as I can tell.
