Horovitz Sonatina

I am currently studying and researching Joseph Horovitz Sonatina and have been made aware of an article by L Bloom entitled:

Master Class: "Sonatina for Clarinet and Piano" by Joseph Horovitz
The Clarinet (2003) Vol. 31, No. 1, pp. 8-11

I would be very interested in reading this article, however i am not a member of an organisation which can access this through the ICA or have a university edu login,

Can anyone help me out please?

Why don’t you just email the composer at the Royal college of Music in London? He taught there when I was there and I believe he still does though it could be in a limited capacity due to his age.
