Yikes - I forgot. Wash out your mouthpiece really well. There surely is mold on the mouthpiece as well. I don't know if you can use bleach on mouthpieces so soak the mouthpiece is soapy water overnight and rinse really well for maybe 10 minutes. Don't use water over about 90 degrees to keep the rails from warping.
If you develop a cold, a cough, can't take a deep breathe, see your doctor, not any doctor. An ENT (ear, nose and throat) or a Pulmonologist/Pulmonary Specialist. (Lungs)
A regular doctor may blow you off saying you just have the flu or something. You can't mess with mold and fungus. Hope this finds you in really good health.
