Profile 88 is a narrower beak shape (than a traditional Vandoren shape). Lyre (as in 5RV Lyre) is a different facing from the 5RV.

The "keep it simple" answer is that you pull out as much as you need to to be in tune. It depends on where your band's pitch level generally is.
I'd pull the barrel out, but if you're very sharp, you could pull both the barrel and the mouthpiece. But if you're that sharp, a longer barrel might be a better solution.

A tuner won't help you play in tune in band - you have to listen and adjust. On the fly.

If that's true then you'll have to learn how much extra length you need to add. Start at a millimeter and see if you're in tune or not. Then increase or decrease accordingly. But, if you're better in tune with the M13 than with either 5RV, the question remains why you'd switch.
