Whether it be a Marching Band Show or any other performance, this would be the reason why directors' get mad at you. Cause this would be their worst nightmare lol XD

So bad it sounds staged. The same page has a link to a scene from "Whiplash" where the director, Fletcher, has a fit about one instrument being out of tune. That's the guy who needs to direct the Egyptian band.

I'm not sure how memorizing would fix the atrocious intonation in this recording. I wonder if Philip is right - maybe the playing was staged to sound bad and dubbed over the video.
