This sucks. He was a very kind man. He was with the National Sym forever. I'm heartbroken.

I just heard his fine recording of the Brahms Trio today on XM Radio while driving through the scenic high deserts of Arizona and Nevada. I came into it part way through the first movement and didn't know it was him till they announced at it the end of piece. It made me hear and consider a few spots in ways I hadn't before. Thank you Loren.
