I'm curious about what mouthpiece came with your clarinet. I don't know what they're packing in the case these days.

I'd second Doug's recommendation of Vandoren or d'Addario. You'd probably find the closer-tipped facings easier to play - Vandoren M13, M13-Lyre or M15 or d'Addario X0 or X5. But one size doesn't fit all.
