Hi all,
Interested to hear your favourite works for the clarinet, either to play or to listen to, or any that would be your dream to one day master.

The American composer Gerald Cohen has an amazing album titled "Sea of Reeds" - works for clarinet and chamber ensemble - that I think is brilliant. Each listen uncovers fascinating new melodies or instrumental interplay to enjoy. Beautiful music that I could never tire of.
The clarinetists on the album are Vasko Dukovski and Ismail Lumanovski. Superb!
Another go-to clarinet favourite of mine is Andy Lamy's album of Traditional Irish music featuring clarinet "The New Blackthorn Stick". Check out Andy's gorgeous tone on these astounding and delightful tunes. Amongst his many other projects Andy plays clarinet with the New Jersey Symphony Orchestra.
I have also really been enjoying James Falzone's album "The Room Is" and his extraordinary clarinet work on drummer/composer Eric Platz's album "Life After Life". I find that listening to James is intriguing, challenging, fascinating and ultimately enjoyable and most rewarding.
Or I put on some Jimmy Giuffre or Ken Peplowski and dream ....
