I have weird teeth. I never used to, but now I do. My teeth are so weird in fact that my mouthpiece slides across the plain of my teeth to the left. It is impossible to keep my mouthpiece in the middle (so to speak). This may not seem to be such a problem, some people say, but as I grow older I am noticing problems relating to my embouchure formation and tounging ie: my tongue not hitting exactly where I want it to. I have since tried to resolve this problem by "sculpting" a mouthpiece pad to the shape of my front teeth. This is quite a dodgey resolution and I am wondering what you all think I can do about this? Help!

See your dentist. Perhaps you have developed gum problem that is allowing your teeth to move out of place. If so, you need to get it diagnosed and fixed asap.

Have you tried using a double-lip embouchure? It may help because your lips, not your teeth, will be in contact with the mouthpiece.

Your dentist can mould from acetyl, an item resembling the front end of a "Michigan splint" (he will know that term) to clip on and cover the front top 4 teeth and make any desirable shape appropriate for the mouthpiece. So take you clarinetwith you and see your dentist.

If none of those work, you might want to check into getting braces, or those new "invisalign" type - this would bring your teeth back in line.
It's not uncommon for adult teeth to shift, especially if you have your wisdoms still. My brother's jaw grew after he stopped growing and now he needs to have lots of work done (and he had braces once already).

Let me second all the suggestions that you make an appointment to see your dentist as soon as possible. This could be the beginning of warning signs that something is DRASTICALLY wrong. Do it today, or tomorrw at the latest!!

This may be slightly off topic, but the invisalign braces will not, in many cases correct a moderate-severe problem. The have an inability to "turn" the teeth (at least that is what my orthadontist said).
ClarinetBoy-
My teeth do the same thing to the mouthpiece (I am currently wearing braces) . What I found that helped was using the pads that cover part of the mouthpieces, the ones i have are made out of a type of rubber and they manage to keep my mouthpiece in one spot. They might be able to do something at least to temporarily stop the mouthpiece from moving. Good luck.
