 Wandering Klezmer

Does anyone have any information, performance experience, or recording of Yuiry Leonovich's A Wandering Klezmer? I can find few references to it except for its upload to the Clarinet Institute library, even IMSLP doesn't even have it linked to his composer page. I suppose I can just contact him directly about it, but I wanted to hear the clarinetists' thoughts first. Regardless, a few first read-throughs have definitely convinced me its worth looking into!
