As far as I can tell, there is no customer service email address publicised on the Muncy Winds website... or maybe I'm just too stupid to find it... ?????
I suppose they may wish to deal with people on the phone rather than have to answer hundreds of emails every day, but it seems a little odd.

I looked and you're right -- and that doesn't make any sense at all. I tried to login, to see whether that provided more options, but I have to reset my password and am busy at the moment.
I've always enjoyed their customer service over the phone -- but lacking clear email address or an contact email function on their site is a mistake.

I have contacted them from here and they have been very prompt getting back to me.
I have always found Phil and Pam and their staff to be among the best in the business. They are lovely people who care about their customers and who will do whatever it takes to provide the service you need.

Yes, I've had many emails from Muncy winds in the past but not since my latest pc was born (2010) and so was looking for an email contact. Of course I was so fixated on looking for an *address* that I missed that email portal. My bad.
Thanks for pointing it out. There are many times when phoning is not convenient (or an option, living in a vastly different time zone)

Love muncy, but I'm sorry I can't find an email on the site either.
Maybe call or they are also on facebook. Might want to suggest they add a "contact" link to the menu?
