Does anyone here play a Martin Freres?

Any notable players from the past play one?

I have one, an old 1740 Deluxe. Which was an "entry level professional" horn according to the modern Martin Freres website. Nice clarinet, IMO.

Just curious. I know they are mostly thought of as student horns.

I own a Martin Freres "Supra" which supposed to be MFs top level clarinet. Not very impressive though. I've never played it in public.

Is the Supra a vintage model? What do you not like about it? Thanks
