Ok Help me with this.
The Info on this reed says its designed for" French" Mouthpieces.
I use a Van Doren M115 MP, so am I good to go?

Justin is correct. Legere also makes reeds for German mouthpieces, which is why they specify such things.
The Vandoren M15 mouthpiece (not 115 I think you mean) is French.
Now, in case you haven't made the reed purchase yet and were just researching, I think wide consensus exists among us bboarders that the European cut released by Legere in 2016 is light years ahead of the other product offerings that Legere introduced before it.
The reed can be played about an hour at a time before needing rest. It's best to buy more than one Legere and rotate among them.
