Well, Howarth sells R13s for right around £2,000, and even with shipping, CITES processing fee, and customs, it's still in the same ballpark with the pound in the tank like it is. Of course, you'd have to be in London to try one first. They also have a couple Yamaha models it's difficult or impossible to find here. Not sure why the US gets shafted like that, but it's been that way for a long time.
