Here's what I think...
1. Good on you for getting the B44! Use it all the time, every time. Don't worry about the 5RV Lyre, then--you should be all set for success with the B44. A Rovner 1R ligature is still a good idea.
2. Take all your other mouthpieces and stash them away somewhere in a cool, dry place. When it's time to sell one of your clarinets, supply it with a mouthpiece from this group.
3. Your Evette was built in Germany by the Schreiber works. It's one of "the good ones".
4. Pitting on the keys is always cause for concern. The pitting could be due to a reaction from a former player's body chemistry--or the instrument could have been stored in a corrosive environment, in which case rust could be running roughshod over the rods, springs, screws, and other hardware. That would be very bad news.
