Looking for info on a older Buffet Bass Clarinet

Anyone know anything about the Buffet Crampon R13 prestige bass clarinet made around 1992? The neck of this clarinet has a register key plus a "spit" valve and the tuning slide is close to the mouthpiece not in the middle.
I'm interested in purchasing it, but can't find much info on it. Seems like it's more popular in Europe. It does have the Bohem system.
Here is the ad for it.

This Bass Clarinet produces a rich, well-centered tone with great intonation and awesome projection. This Prestige Bass Clarinet has no cracks, dings or dents. The pinky keys have a thin layer of cork on the surface, which I used for non-slick surface. Tim Burdick, repairman for the Cleveland Orchestra, did all maintenance work. No dings or dents, just a few minor scratches.

• Body Material: High quality, unstained granadilla
• Range down to: Eb
• Key Material: Silver-plate (some tarnish)
• Tone Holes: Undercut
• Includes: Jakob Winter case
