I polished my clarinet's keys with a the Leblanc Professional silver cleaning cloth and it left visible scratches on my keys!!! there are even a couple big ones.
is there anything i can do about them?

How old is your horn? How frequently did you polish the instrument. Under what conditions? Contact your dealer and Leblanc for advice and warranty qualifications immediately.

i have an 8 month old buffet.
i polished it once with the leblanc cloth and now it's scratched.

Linus,
Write to Leblanc immediately! A real letter, not an email, to their customer service department describing what happened. Most good companies will do what they can to rectify a bad situation.

Hmmm... is your clarinet nickel plated? If I'm not wrong, u are not suppose to use a Silver cloth to polish a nickel plated jeys
