ClarinetFest 2001 Hotel Update

Flash! Due to the popularity of this conference the Hilton Riverside is now completely booked - but don't panic! We've added the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel (about 4 blocks from the Hilton/Riverside) as our overflow hotel. Your hosts have made special arrangements for there to be another large block of rooms available to our registrants at the Hilton Garden Inn. The phone number is 504 525-0044, fax # is 504 525-0035 and the Web site is http://www.neworleansdowntown.gardeninn.com.

The rooms are lovely - it's a brand new hotel and the rate is $99 plus tax for a double. One dollar less than the Riverside! Extra people over 2 are at the rate of $20 per person. We are strongly encouraging our registrants to take advantage of this wonderful offer and assure them that it is close and will not be a problem.
