Single and double tongueing

Does anyone know how to improve single tongueing speed for my tongueing on bass is rather lacking for what it should be.
And does anyone have any exercises to help learn double tongueing?

Check my free website and look for the pages on tonguing. Everyone has limits but there are ways to help reach those limits.

I love Ed Palanker's info....quite brilliant. Also Clark Fobes use of synthetic tonguing is impressive. I've heard him do it right in front of me. You'd never know and sounds amazing.
