Is there any musical instrument store around Marienplatz in Munich and Karntner strasse in Austria ??? Or around Halstat and Franfurt in Germany ???

What are you looking for? Benedikt Eppelsheim is in Munich. There's a couple of sheet music stores around the corner, one is Bauer und Hieber.

"Joachim Kreul" is in Tübingen, kinda halfway between Munich & Frankfurt.
They're the descendants of the original Hans Kreul - Hans Joachim Kreul was what you might call Hans III - his father, Hans II, made the great oboes and clarinets of the early post-war era, and then Joachim had expanded the company to include Marigaux & F.A. Uebel.
But their music shop is all that remains now:
